Medharvix Systems Private Limited

Terms & Conditions

Terms governing access to and use of Bhasaflow, including its website, models, datasets, demos, and related resources.

Last updated: May 2026. These Terms are intended to set clear expectations for visitors, collaborators, and users. They do not replace any separate license that may apply to a specific model, dataset, or distribution channel, and they are not a substitute for legal advice.

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bhasaflow website, branding, documentation, demos, and other materials made available by or on behalf of Medharvix Systems Private Limited (“ Medharvix,” “we,” “ us,” or “our”) in connection with the Bhasaflow platform (“Bhasaflow” or the “Site”). By using the Site or any Bhasaflow-related resources we provide, you agree to these Terms.

Scope and realism. Website terms help define ownership expectations, acceptable use, and attribution standards. They are one part of a broader legal and licensing picture. Specific models, weights, datasets, or distributions may also be subject to separate terms (for example, repository hosting terms, dataset cards, or written agreements). Nothing on this page guarantees a particular legal outcome in every jurisdiction or factual scenario, and nothing here is intended as legal advice for you or your organisation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site or related Bhasaflow materials in any manner that is inconsistent with these Terms. Where a separate license or agreement expressly supersedes a topic addressed here, the separate instrument controls to the extent of the conflict.

If you are using the Site on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms, and “you” includes that organisation.

3. About Bhasaflow

Bhasaflow is Medharvix’s flagship language-AI platform initiative, including research artefacts, models, datasets, tooling, demos, and communications describing the same. References to “Bhasaflow” may include the platform, its branding, and associated technical and creative materials, whether delivered through this Site or through authorised third-party channels.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by Medharvix, Medharvix and/or its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to Bhasaflow and related materials, including without limitation:

  • website content, structure, and copy;
  • branding, trade names, logos, and trade dress;
  • user interface design, graphics, and visual assets;
  • software, scripts, and implementation code made available by Medharvix in connection with Bhasaflow;
  • models, model architectures, training recipes (to the extent protectable), and model weights where applicable;
  • datasets, dataset structures, schemas, annotations, and related documentation;
  • benchmarks, evaluation materials, leaderboards, and methodology descriptions prepared by Medharvix;
  • demos, research previews, prompts used in official demonstrations (where protectable), and technical pipelines described or shown;
  • research content, technical write-ups, slide decks, audio/video assets, and other collateral; and
  • any improvements, derivatives, or compilations of the foregoing created by Medharvix or its contractors.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Ownership of Models, Datasets, and Technical Materials

Access to Bhasaflow models, datasets, demos, documentation, or other technical materials—whether through the Site, downloads, APIs, notebooks, repositories, or third-party hosts—does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you. Unless Medharvix expressly grants rights in writing, you receive only the limited permissions explicitly stated in these Terms or in a separate license that applies to the specific resource.

If a resource is published under an open licence or hosting-provider terms, those terms operate alongside these Terms. Where they conflict, the more specific instrument typically governs the specific resource—but you remain responsible for reading and complying with each applicable layer.

6. Attribution Requirement

If you use, cite, evaluate, benchmark, reference, discuss in a technical or academic context, build upon, reproduce excerpts of, or publicly mention any Bhasaflow model, dataset, benchmark, output shown in an official demo, research artefact, or technical resource made available by Medharvix, you must provide clear and reasonable attribution to:

  • Bhasaflow (as the platform name);
  • Medharvix Systems Private Limited (as the operating company);
  • the specific model, dataset, benchmark, or resource name as published; and
  • a source link when a canonical URL, repository page, dataset card, or publication link is reasonably available.

Attribution must be human-readable, technically honest, and sufficient for a reasonable reader to identify provenance. Removing, obscuring, minimising, or misrepresenting attribution is prohibited except where applicable law or a separate written licence expressly permits otherwise.

If any resource is separately licensed with additional citation, reproducibility, or ethical-use obligations (including third-party or community standards), you must follow those obligations as well.

7. Permitted and Restricted Use

Unless Medharvix expressly permits you in writing, you may not:

  • copy, republish, or redistribute proprietary Site content outside what is reasonably necessary for personal, non-commercial reference, where permitted;
  • scrape, harvest, or extract Site materials at scale in a manner that burdens infrastructure, circumvents access controls, or violates robots or technical policies;
  • mirror or frame the Site in a way that suggests endorsement where none exists;
  • misuse demos, outputs, or research previews to generate unlawful, harmful, misleading, harassing, defamatory, or infringing content;
  • remove or alter copyright notices, proprietary legends, or attribution strings where they appear;
  • falsely claim ownership, authorship, or sponsorship of Bhasaflow materials;
  • imply affiliation with Medharvix or Bhasaflow without written authority;
  • attempt to unlawfully extract model weights, proprietary training configurations, or confidential technical materials;
  • create deceptive derivatives (including “model laundering”) that conceal Bhasaflow/Medharvix provenance; or
  • use Bhasaflow resources in any manner that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

Medharvix may investigate suspected misuse and may cooperate with platforms, hosts, or authorities where permitted by law.

8. Models, Outputs, Demos, and Research Features

Bhasaflow models, demos, and research features may produce outputs that are incomplete, outdated, or incorrect for your use case. AI systems can fail in subtle ways. You are solely responsible for validating outputs before relying on them—particularly in high-risk contexts such as medical, legal, safety-critical, or governmental decision-making.

Demos and previews may be time-limited, feature-limited, or non-production. Performance in a demo does not guarantee performance in any other environment.

9. Dataset and Resource Use

Datasets, samples, annotations, documentation, and related materials must not be misrepresented as to origin, licensing, composition, consent basis, or suitability. You may not strip attribution where required, mislabel derivatives, or use materials in unlawful or harmful ways.

Where datasets or models are hosted on third-party services (for example, model hubs or dataset viewers), additional terms, community guidelines, export controls, or access restrictions may apply. Your compliance with those terms is your responsibility.

10. User Submissions and Collaboration Inquiries

If you submit information through contact forms, collaboration inquiries, contributor flows, email, or similar channels, you represent that your submission is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share the materials you provide.

A submission does not, by itself, create any partnership, employment relationship, paper authorship, patent rights, dataset ownership transfer, or commercial licence unless and until expressly confirmed in a signed writing by an authorised representative of Medharvix.

Medharvix may consider contributor recognition, credits, acknowledgements, research inclusion, or patent-related treatment based on the nature and significance of a contribution and internal policies. Any such recognition is discretionary and fact-specific, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. No Warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and Bhasaflow materials are provided on an “ as is” and “as available” basis. Medharvix disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not legally permitted.

Medharvix does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Medharvix and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Bhasaflow materials, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Medharvix’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid Medharvix specifically for the disputed use in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) INR 5,000, if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.

14. Suspension or Termination

Medharvix may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Site or specific features where reasonably necessary to protect security, comply with law, address misuse, or manage operational constraints. Medharvix may also discontinue or materially change features with reasonable notice where practicable.

16. Changes to Terms

Medharvix may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” indicator at the top of this page will be revised when material changes are made. Continued use of the Site after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires a different process.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require application of another jurisdiction’s laws, except where mandatory consumer or other protections apply.

Subject to applicable jurisdictional rules, you agree that courts in India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, to the extent such jurisdiction is legally available.
